HOW TO LOSE YOUR SALE

Contracts are still being received by mail by this office from Real Estate Agents in the incorrect format. As a result a Buyer can terminate the contract at any time throughout the course of the conveyance.

We again reiterate that contracts must be delivered to a Solicitor, Buyer or Seller duly executed by both parties as follows:-

  • Letter enclosing contract;
  • Warning Statement, Reference Schedule and Terms and Conditions (attached as one document with a staple);
  • Any other documents.

We recommend that all of the above be fastened with a paperclip or bulldog clip but when such fastening device is removed, the Warning Statement, Reference Schedule and Terms of Conditions must be stapled together as one document.
